Thermal failure of the solenoid pack in the tranny, failure of the TCM, low fluid pressures, as the fluid warms it thins out and you loose system pressures, usually caused by leaking internal pressure seals. A tranny shop should be able to hookup electronically and run stand alone tests and tell you what is happening. HTH

A fluid change won't help your issue.
