Sluggish acceleration and gurgling sound at low speeds, NO check engine light on ?
I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla with approx, 280,000 Kms (mostly highway), car
has always had it's regular oil changes and maintenance. Lately, at low
speed and take off from stop, the car has been very sluggish with poor
acceleration and a gurgling sound coming from under the hood while
No check engine light has ever come on. The dealer did a Throttle Body
Cleaning service a few weeks ago, and (apparently) changed an exhaust
gasket (donut) at the same time. I have pulled and cleaned the MAF Sensor,
but doesn't seem to help ?? Anyone else have this issue or know what might
be causing this ?
Check and replace air and replace if necessary
Air filter was changed 6 months ago and is still fairly clean.
Did you ever find out what this was mine doesn't seem to have a slow acceleration but when I get on the freeway at there is gargling from my dashboard
