!990 Honda Accord Blowing ECM Fuse when driving

Honda will run in idle but on the road will blow ECM fuse and shut down.  Took
5 fuses to get it home. (1 mile away from stallout}  Need some direction to
cause.

Thank you NXxC My mechanic son is sure you are on right track. He couldnt break bolts to get to fuel filter but is at that again. Any pro advice on how to release bolts. He doesn't want to break mounts.
