I have a 91 Honda Accord 4 cylinder it has 2978976 miles on it. It has oil in the air filter hose and also it still has oil in the radiator after I flushed and my relay switch went out but my fans

just need to over haul it and also my

Lucas in it
My fans don't work still
OK, I suspect that is a typo on the mileage, that you have 297K miles. The oil in the air filter is a bad PCV/crankcase valve. Oil in the radiator is a bad headgasket/warped head, or a cracked engine block. Transmission sounds like you are ready for a rebuild, if it's original, definitely. At 297K miles, I wouldn't worry about the relay switch, it's time to scrap the car and get a new one.
