OK, I suspect that is a typo on the mileage, that you have 297K miles. The oil in the air filter is a bad PCV/crankcase valve. Oil in the radiator is a bad headgasket/warped head, or a cracked engine block. Transmission sounds like you are ready for a rebuild, if it's original, definitely. At 297K miles, I wouldn't worry about the relay switch, it's time to scrap the car and get a new one.
