WHEN I START THE AC THE CAR BEGINS TO VIBRATE,WHY IS THAT?

That would be because of the extra load placed on the engine. I have had it on many cars but really do not know the exact cause of it, but it could be many things, from a slipping belt to a failing alternator that is not keeping up with the electrical demand needed by the extra power draw down on the engine.
