98 honda accord white wire to ignition switch should be hot at all times however mine isnt all fuses are good but no asseceries what could be the problem

If all fuses are good then you have a cut wire or open in the hot line between the power supply and the ignition switch. Only way is to start tracing the white wire from ignition switch back to source and see where the break or open is.
