i have a 1999 honda passport. the back door does not open even with key. i want to be sure that i purchase the right thing. what is the name of the part that i should order. it used to respond to keyless opening as well as ignition key. now it cant be opened at all.

it may be trying, if doors still work,sounds like lock latch jammed in lock position, no manual pull button? to unlock,,,,,,,may need entry from inside plastic rear panel, shift lock rod up, ^ ,,a fun job ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,SIGNAL to controller to reley to all motors at 5 locks
