Can't see out the back window it has some film on it that won't come off.

I can no longer see clearly out of my rearview window. I
think the defrost/defog system is bubbling up.

did someone add Tint flim at some point? Are you the original owner? You will have to remove it. That is not safe and won't pass state inspection.
