Abs light And traction control light on with blinking handbrake ligth

Sir actually my Volkswagen Jetta 2010 model
shows the abs light and traction control ligth on  i
have gone through the wiring and changed the
sensors too and finally I changed the abs module
and complete wheel hub assembly but still the
light doesn't gets off it is still on I diagnosed it, it
shows front right wheel and rear left wheel short
circuit but there is no problem with the wiring and
sensors and fuse too what will be the issue sir(the
front right wheel and rear left wheel doesn't  give
any signal other two wheels are fine)
