Can I replace electric fuel pump with Mechanical?

Looking to exchange as many of the electric
parts as I  can

Probably not. Fuel injection requires higher fuel pressures and the engine likely doesn't have a location to mount the pump. Older engines had a location for the pump and a cam to run the pump. You engine was designed for an electric pump.
