showing codes po171 and po174 h ow do i correct the problem

Those r common codes with ford. They are lean codes bank 1 & 2. Check you manifold gaskets for leakage as well as its hoses. If you find nothing then it's MAF. Sensor is bad or its egr. I would try maf. Sensor 1st.
