I have a 2001 ford expedition I can turn the
key over but I get nothing

Your question is very Vague. Is this a no crank no start condition? Crank but no start condition? How is the battery on this vehicle? Do the dash lights come on when you turn the key? Are you using the right key? Is it programmed to the truck? Did you scan for any codes? Could be many possibilities, you need to be more specific with this

If there is resistance when you turn the key and battery is ok, try the fuses. If no resistance, could be the electric ignition switch (on the opposite part where you put the key).
