Hello, I am experiencing a similar problem aligning the engine and transmission in my Veloster non turbo with dual clutch transmission as popeyempc. Any insight on how to resolve? Thanks in advance.

Ok I had the same issue, and It’s very simple, I left the spacer off. It’s a 3-4mm aluminum spacer that’s fits between the engine and transmission. A 10mm bolt holds it on. Lining up the DCT spines to the flywheel splines is actually easy if you don’t force it.
