Increase performance, horse power and look

I was told I could add about 60 HP with dual pipes on the one side, chip and open air filter rucks a 6.2 gas 420hp

what can I do to maximize horse power, fuel and looks of the exhaust along with the noise. With out messing with the stock engine  thank you

I would think 60 HP is a stretch. Also if you put a tune (chip) on it and the engine blows Chevrolet will void your powertrain warranty.
