I have a 2001 Ford Escape with a high pitch squeel coming from drivers side of motor. Changed water pump, tension pully and belt. All taht is left is cam shaft pully, does that have bearings that can squeel?

Everything that runs on the Surpentine belt can squeel, but no not the cam shaft pulley, because it is sold mounted to your cam shaft/
