I have a 2001 Ford Escape when I try to start my vehicle it turns over but won't ignite. Battery is good. Please help

Check your fuel pressure next. Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key?

My friend sprayed some starter spray and started right up. I haven't had to do that again since Tuesday afternoon.
