I can't get the back door open it's electric and all the fues are good

It's a 3 part back door and the upper door won't open

I understand your problem. The only way to open the back is by pressing the switch on the dash. If you do not hear a click when you press that switch, and you are certain the fuse is good, then that switch on the dash must be bad. If you do hear a click then the actual lock must be stuck. If that's the case, get someone to press the switch while you jiggle the back door.
