I believe your battery needs to be reprogrammed. You can by a cable from any parts house to hook up to cigarette lighter and battery. Then jump it off. Most people don't realize that in these late model vehicles have programmable batteries. The memory in the computer needs to be reset. Good luck!

I have the same problem om my 2017 GT, How did you fix your problem? Yesterday wile driving a error message displayed on my screen "Service Steering Lock" I pulled in in to a parking lot to see if I can turn the car off and back on to maybe clear the message. once I turned the car off I was unable to turn it back on again as it said press clutch to start the car, however nothing has happened. wile running OBD it came up with few codes like left and right rain sensor fault, and steering column fault... I was not able to clear those codes. I disconnected the negative of the battery and after connecting it back I was able to start the car again however when tuned the car off it was back to same problem and needed to disconnect the negative terminal again in order to turn it back on. doing that Did NOT clear the error message... What could me the problem?
