how can I find a process to put the MPH on my speedometer on my 2015 LaCrosse

In the middle of the speedometer is the radio station....someone borrowed my car and somehow changed it from MPH to this. Is there somewhere I can reverse this

There is a set of 4 buttons somewhere on your dash....one is used to reset your trip mileage.....experiment by pushing the buttons and you should find the one that will restore your settings.

Thank you. Actually, the button is on the steering wheel on the right hand side. The middle button has a check mark on it. Once you push this button, a menu appears on the speedometer and you can access 'info' by pushing one of the buttons on the side.
