is a clutch fan keeping engine to cold

The fan helps cool the engine. The clutch is supposed to only turn the fan when it is needed to save energy.

If the engine is taking too long to reach operating temperature you may need to service the thermostat.

If the fan runs all the time and is noisy you may need a new fan clutch.
