The car wouldn't be on my recommended list, but there's nothing about your description that causes any problems. I recommend to all buyers that they have any car that they're serious about checked out by a mechanic prior to purchase. You'll see a written report that will include any problems, and you may then use those points to negotiate with the seller... Maybe to lower the price.
