Transmission doesnt downshift

Ihave changed the downshift selonoid in trans. didnt help. when driving and stop and start to take off trans stays in high gear. Has anybody had this problem. if so what will fix it?

GM has had some issues with the valve bodies cracking witch would cause low perssure but they also have issues with transmissions especialy the 4L60e if the fluid was dark and burnt you probably have a shot tranny or clutches that are just burnt and are sticking

i get nothing when i go to put into any gear.its like a cable is broke/ envoy.no problem with tranny. 100030
