Changing a flat BMW tire- what tools do I need?

As you can tell by my questions I don't know much about changing flat tires on the newer cars.   How do I know if I have a wheel lock?  How do I know if I have a wheel key?
What tools do I need to change a flat tire?

You don't even have a spare...and no tools. The owners manual says "Use only Run-flat tires, no spare is included with this vehicle" Page 196 http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Content/Owner/OwnersManualVideos.aspx?namodelcode=143U

Your new 3 series should come with several years of roadside asistance.
