my 2006 envoy rattles badly when i go over a ruff road

Grab a hold of your swaybar links, should be tight, and somewhat hard to move. Could be other things, like bushing failure in the upper or lower control arms, failing ball joints, or tie rods. Most common are the sway bar end links.
