I have a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor. How do I determine why
my door lock switches don't work but everything else does?
When I turn the key from off to run I hear the trunk activate but not the door
locks. None of the illumination on the door panels work. None of the door locks
work but everything else does.

Check the quick disconnect located under the switch. Do this on both doors if necessary.
