My car will start but when I put it in reverse or drive it be like it be wanting to cut off and i have to accelerate to da floor for da car to even go & it like it stay in 1 gear

Start with the easy stuff. Get the codes read, have a look at the air filter, vacuum lines, and plugs. A good throttle body cleaning does wonders. Air fuel ratios may be off such as a bad MAF sensor or 02 sensor. Until you do some basic obd testing it could be many things.
