CAR STARTS AND MAKES A SQUEALING NOISE AND SMOKE COMES OUT
THE EXHAUST, SOMETIMES ONLY OUT THE LEFT SIDE.

You may have a leak in your exhaust causin your MAP to read high. The average reading should be from 1 to 5 volts. Also there could be other sources of this problem

A LITTLE MORE INFO, IT DOESN'T THROW ANY CODES. IT QUITS SMOKING AFTER ABOUT 20 TO 30 SECONDS. IT DOESN'T SMOKE ANY MORE UNTIL IT SETS FOR SEVERAL HOURS TO GET COLD. NO APPARENT EXHAUST LEAK, NO SMOKE SHOWING EXCEPT OUT REAR OF PIPES. IT ALSO IDLES AT ABOUT 1000 RPM FOR A FEW MINUTES,
