CAN I CHANGE 2.8 V6 TO 4CYCL

Sure, but also pick up a transmission, wiring harness, exhaust, motor mounts, maybe a new driveshaft, ignition components, etc. It's not as simple as removing an engine and placing a new one in. Check some S10 forums on others who have done it. But most swap in a larger engine.
