Can I use a different antifreeze on my Ford Taurus 2014? My car recommend the red one but is so hard to find this at the stores

You can use the green stuff but I would flush the system first. Where do you live, Here in Mn. the green stuff is hard to fing and the dex cool or whatever is all over

Get the proper antifreeze at your local Ford dealer. It is very similar in price than the stuff at autoparts stores. Color of different brands and colors recommended by manufacturers have little correlation to each other.
