Can you put a 3800 supercharged in
a 1988 riv, i want to customize my
car with a better engine thinking
about going to a junk yard i heard of
reatta switching

Riviera began installing the superchargers in the 95 Model and too one has to be reminded that the 95 trans is a one year model. So I would be concerned with getting the proper trans that would actually fix under the hood of 88. I do believe the width is shorter on the 88's than the 95-99's.
