I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota. It ran perfectly fine all day. I stopped at the gas station to fill as the truck was idling as soon as it clicked off from be in full it shuts off. It wouldn't start back
I finally got it started the tech was
jumping all over then it ran normal
then it shuts off then it wouldn't start
again for a while then it started again
it ran like crap and then it shut off
and it never started back up again.
It's got the 3.9 v6
I had a siimilar problem with mine, except it ran rough when it began getting cold. I checked the fuel pump and it turned out to be the computer, I also have the V6. I would check for codes with a diagnosis tool (OBD I), look for blockages in the furl lines, check the fuel pump, and lastly the computer.
