What causes the brake pedal, steering wheel, and the car(sometimes) sometime but not all the time?
The brake pedal, steering wheel, and car vibrate.
Replaced back drum shoes, brake drum, calipers, rubber brake lines, brake pads.
Possible ABS problem
It does not have abs. I think it is the rotors, but I don't want to spent one hundred dollars just to find out it wasn't the problem.
ABS & adjustment
That is on a 1998 Cavalier Drum brakes in the rear. As long as there is almost New Lining on the shoes. Check the connection on the ABS or replace the sensor & adjust the brakes.
Check the bearing preload on the front rotor assemblies, If it is too loose you may have to replace the front bearings.
