After I turn my Nissan 300 zx off something continues to run causing a dead battery... What could this be?

had the same thing happen to me years ago. My 86 300ZX turbo kept on needing a new battery almost every other year along with the alternator. They kept on saying it was a parasitic drain, but couldn't locate where. I finally decided that I would turn everything off when I shut the car off, including the radio. I think that's what it was. My batteries have lasted the normal amount of time.

When turning off 84 300zx the fan comes in as it should be saying on to long in killing the battery any answers to why this is happening
