Dash lights

dash lights have come on and turn signal lifhts in cab not flashung but do work
out side . have checked all the fuses . the Iod fues was blown so i replaced it all
others are testing good . un sure on relays . i do not know how to check relays
with a test light

You need a vote meter set it to ohms then remove the reays one at a time there may be several. look on one of the side to the relay and it should have an diagram a most of the time all you need to check is t bottom two if you can't figure it out take a photo of the fuse box if the car is drivable take it to auto zone and ask them to run a car diagnostic that is where they take their little machine out to your car and plug it in to your car's computer if they say it doesn't tell the anything then after you have taken a photo of fuse box to remove the relays so you know where the go back have the employees check them good luck
