2013 ram 1500. Ac not blowing when I start the truck. If I
get out and open fuse box then pull relay and replace it
starts to work. Sometimes all I have to do is wiggle the
relay. I thought I had a bad relay so I replaced it, but the
issue is still there.

Correct about TIPM The blue wire (for fan blower motor) wiggles loose causing it to heat up. Over time it loses connection all together (once it melts itself). If you remove TIPM and pull the left front (As you’re sitting in truck facing forward/basically the harness under the relay you replaced) harness out you’ll see the blue wire in the corner of harness. You can (to get by) remove blue wire from harness. Notch out that corner of the plastic part of wire harness (white/green) install a female connector onto the blue wire and mate it directly to the TIPM. Reinstall harness carefully not to damage the wire you just fixed. Reinstall TIPM. Test system Recalibrate if needed . This forum has instructions on how to do so. You will be fine after that. I’ve had to do it to 4 of my rams in my fleet. Works every time.
