What is going on?
I have replaced the blinker as is started
blinking rapidly. I replaced it 4 times within
a month before looking for further answers.
After replacing the bulb, it will work for
about a week. If I take the bulb out, grease
it and put it back, it'll work for a few days.
It only does it on the passanger side. I had
it looked at today, the fuse isn't blown, no
other lights are out, just the blinker... It
seems to stop working when I hit bumps.
The only way it'll blink again(for a day or
two), is if I take the bulb out and put a new
one in or just put the same one back in.
Does this sound like a short? Do I maybe
need a new headlight?
Check the bulb socket for corrosion.
When a light starts blinking fast it is the turn signal switcher under the dash.round silver tube like deal get a new one it just plugs in
I have same proble, same car. Did you find out what the problem was?
I have the same Kia forte 2010 & my passenger side blinker is out right now for the 4th time... I'm going to replace it AGAIN.. no sign of corrosion or blown fuses everything looks fine it's just when I hit bumps man is this a huge problem they need to make it a recall.
