A non turbo 85 300zx engine / trans swap.

I have a non turbo 85 300zx, and am looking to replace the engine and
transmission with a high performance 6 or 8 cylinder engine.  Does anyone
have any suggestions?  I was looking toward either a 350z, 327 or a Cadillac
CT-6 twin turbo with corresponding trans.

Look into doing an LS swap.... They are insanely quick without the turbo let alone with it . Plus LS motors are cheaper to pull power out of
