Is the undercarriage on recall list?

Question type: General

I own a 2013 kia optima LX, is the undercarriage
on recall? My engine was just replaced,  but I am
being charged for the undercarriage.

Go to www.nhtsa.gov/recalls and type in your VIN, it will tell you what has been recalled for your vehicle. The dealer should have gone over what was going to be done and estimated costs for you. Bad on them if they didn't.
