Van wont start or turn over

Im at a loss iv replace the starter the fuel
pump the big fuse box beside batter and the
computer i still have no power to starter or
fuel pump on 2001 dodge miny van when i
turn it over there is a relay that clicks and ive
replace that to it ran when parked making
one out of 3 and all parts ran in van i took
them out of the day i started this project can
any one help me on this
