What would be needed to replace a 2002, 4.7l Dakota engine with a 6.2 l hemi?

With enough time, tools and money you can. Not sure if the hemi would actually fit between the frame rails without modification.

$15,000 is what would be required. That the price for the Hellcat 707 HP 6.2L hemi .and your drive-train would never stand up to that

But it is certainly possible to put a hemi in a Dakota. I have seen several 5.7 installs documented on Dakota specific websites. There are rumors of 6.4 being done, but I don't know if it has actually been done. Your existing drivetrain could probably handle the 5.7. Start collecting money now.
