If you have a 3.3L engine it is located on the passenger side of the engine, below the upper radiator hose, behind the engine mount bracket. It has a three wire electrical plug, and is held in with one bolt.

I need to know how to replace the van shaft sensor in a 3.3Ltr dodge caravan. 1999.
