Air conditioner 2002

I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan it only blows on high
so I know that has to do with the blower. But the air
conditioner doesn't work would it have to do with
the air conditioner to or would that be something
like a compressor

Sounds like you need to replace the blower resistor and the AC issue is separate.
