My back passenger door won't unlock. Even if I pull up on the door lock from
inside the vehicle, it still won't allow the door to open

No I don't think it's child locks. They've been on before and you're able to open the door from the outside. In this situation the door will not unlock or open from the outside or from the inside.

Same issue with my 2016 Honda Pilot. Any resolution?? Opened today after a week not opening, now stuck again.

Hey Meg, I had to fix the door lock actuator for that specific door as a spring had broken inside of it which wouldn’t allow it to unlock.
