You either have a bad controller unit, the dash controller, or a vacuum leak. Check the controller by seeing if it will change from heat to cold while listening for theflapper door to move at the heat/ac unit on the passenger side of the cab. If no sound of movement you may want to invest in a repair manual to diagnose the unit or vacuum system.
