i have a 2004 dodge neon. at first the car was running rough,the check engine light came
on and then a cupple miles down the road,i was parked and the car dies.will not start
back up.no starter engaging or nothing.the check engine code that came up was P0440 . i
was checking the fuse box under the hood, and came up with one fuse that keeps blowing
which is FP/ASD 20 amp

FP/ASD means Fuel Pump Auto Shut down and P0440 is the EVAP system see http://www.obd-codes.com/p0440

Check the wiring harness,going to coil pack,s and injector,s,neon is bad for rubbing this wire harness where it run,s over the top of trainsmission,this will make fuse blow.
