remote key does not work

You may need to re-program and link the key to the car again...try googling it -- car is new enough that the "how to" may be on line...most Dodges you the same procedure

hi on the early key fobs there is a metal U shaped contact that comes loose from the board some times you can solder them back on if not you will have to replace it ...or the contacts collapse and don't make contact with the battery...you can go to home depot or to Napa ...they usually have a RF tester to test the key fob to see if its putting out a signal..I would try that first
