My turn siganals work some times and some times dont unless i move the
handel or steering wheel or put presure on fuse box.

Putting pressure on the fuse box is saying there is a bad wire connection. The turn signal or steering wheel indicate the turn signal switch, or bad wire connection up by the turn signal switch.

Hi Mark I have another problem now . When I get up to 40 miles an hour and slow down to about 30 it sounds like its gearing down and vibrating . does that mean im low on atf or need a new transmission?

Well definitely check the transmission fluid, but I would check the u-joints and the center carrier bearing in the drive shaft.
