Car Misfires and bucks than quits!

Car 2005 Neon starts and runs fine but has a humming sound drive it for about
25 minutes and it starts to buck as if its not getting fuel after it quits wait about
30 seconds. than it starts up and your good for another 25 minutes'

Run fuel pressure and flow tests, check for lean codes, run live data scan for cam and crank sensor accuracy.

So bucking occurs after engine has warmed up and the cycle begins over again after restarts. As the engine is still warm when restarted and that clears out the system for another round, I'd suspect that you just have a bad O2 sensor (front) that resets with each startup.
