What size of rim and tire can I put
with out lifting or cutting out
anything and still turn and not have
my tire rubbing on the fender?

Many combos are plausible using the big three variables. You must take overall tire diameter/width and also wheel offset into account. If yours are stock wheels you should have 215/70/R16 tires on 16" wheels. A quick check shows you can roll 18's wrapped with 225/55r18 tires with zero speedometer or odometer error. You could also run 20" wheels with 225/45/r20's but would have a slight speedo error.
