Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Need some help I was driving my 04 exploror put it in park
with the AC on when I came back to the car it was off. Now
car wont start or crank cluster shows the wrench and the
power train symbols. The area where it shows my miles
and how much gas I have shows nothing but lines now --- .
When I put in key everything comes on just wont crank or
start like it just froze up. When I ran the system check it
says charging system error oil system error and advance
track error. I checked the battery and ita charged had a new
starter put in about 2 months ago as well as a new radiator
new plugs and new coils. Any help would be appreciated
thank you. Ohhh I had a scan tool connected to the car and
it would not connect or read anything as well.

I checked the fuses and relays there was one bad fuse the blue 15 for the pcm checked the pcm relay and it was good. Had a neighbor who works on cars take a look he thinks either key fob or pcm but my red light on dash isn't blinking rapid so I dont think its that. He thinks pcm because of the lines on the dash as well as not being able to connect to scan tool. How can I check if the alternator is bad ? I know we had a new starter and battery put in a few months back.

Question ...would a bad alternator do that to the car I mean with the mileage and gas showing up as lines ---?

Ok so had the Alternator checked and its fine same with battery getting dark so will check the power running to the starter as well as check the selenoid tomorrow. If anyone has dealt or knows what would cause the car to not start or crank with the mileage and gas showing lines like this ------ let me know please thanks.
